Shipping & Delivery Policy (Bonita Luxe Design Co.)

Bonita Luxe Design Co. offers digital downloads and may also offer print-on-demand (POD) physical products and supplements fulfilled by third-party partners. This policy explains how delivery works for each.

1) Digital Products (Instant Download)

Most Bonita Luxe products are digital downloads (PDFs, guides, planners, templates, and related files).

How delivery works

  • Digital products are delivered instantly after purchase via:

    • your order confirmation page, and/or

    • an email sent to the email address used at checkout

If you don’t receive your download

Please try:

  • checking spam/promotions folders

  • searching your inbox for “Bonita Luxe” or “download”

  • confirming you used the correct checkout email

  • downloading on a computer first (then transferring to iPad/tablet)

If you still can’t access your files, email us and include your order number so we can help quickly.

No physical item is shipped for digital products.


2) Physical Products (Print-on-Demand / POD) — If Offered

Some physical items may be produced and shipped through fulfillment partners such as Printful and Printify.

Processing time (production)

POD items are made to order. Processing time typically includes:

  • printing/production

  • quality checks

  • packaging

Shipping time

Shipping times vary based on:

  • destination

  • carrier

  • seasonal volume and holidays

Tracking

When available, tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout once the order ships.

Delivery notes

  • Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or events outside our control.


3) Supplements (Supliful) — If Offered

If we offer supplements or wellness products fulfilled by Supliful, those items are processed and shipped by the fulfillment partner.

Processing & shipping

Processing and delivery times can vary based on:

  • product availability

  • production/packing

  • carrier transit time

Tracking will be provided when available.

Important wellness note

Supplement products are intended for general wellness support. If you have questions about ingredients or use, consult a qualified healthcare professional.


4) Split Shipments (If You Order Multiple Product Types)

If your order includes multiple types of products (ex: digital + physical), they may be delivered separately:

  • digital items: delivered instantly

  • physical items: shipped later with tracking (when available)


5) Incorrect Address / Returned Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout for physical orders. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping may require an additional shipping charge.


6) Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages (Physical Only)

Once a physical package shows as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for theft or loss. If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, please:

  • check around your delivery area and with neighbors/building staff

  • contact the carrier directly

  • email us and we’ll help guide next steps
