Digital Delivery

All Bonita Luxe products are digital downloads. No physical item is shipped.

After purchase, you’ll receive an email with your download link (and/or access through your order confirmation page).

Having trouble downloading? Try this:

• Check spam/promotions folders
  
• Make sure you’re using the same email you used at checkout
  
• Try a different browser (Chrome works best)
  
• Download on a computer first, then transfer to your iPad/tablet

How to Use Your Purchase

Most products are delivered as PDFs or Canva templates.

• PDFs: Print at home/print shop or use digitally in apps like GoodNotes/Notability/Procreate (PDF annotation)
  
• Canva templates: Open the Canva link, make a copy, then edit/customize
  

A free Canva account is required for Canva template products.

Refund Policy (Digital Products)

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a file has been delivered.

If you experience a genuine access issue (broken link, file error, missing file), contact us and we’ll make it right.

You may not redistribute, resell, share, or upload files to any public/private groups, websites, or platforms.
